I had an absolutely delightful first experience at this restaurant. From the moment I made the phone call to the very last bite of my meal, everything was excellent. What User doesn't like about Pontillo's Mt.hope Ave:
I was really disappointed with my experience. I ordered online and have the confirmation and everything, including an email receipt. When I arrived to pick up my order, they informed me that they hadn’t received it. I showed them my receipt, order confirmation, and even my bank statement, but they said there was nothing they could do and essentially dismissed me. In the end, I ended up losing about $30 for nothing. View all feedback.
The staff at the counter was impolite. Additionally, there were a few spots on the bottom of the pizza that were unevenly cooked and burnt.
The slices were old, dry, and stale. The location on Monroe offers a much better experience.
Always fantastic! The pizza and fish fries are delicious! A huge thank you to Kelly and Mary, and a special shout-out to Isabella, Capt. Ron's wonderful mom, who was at the store today!
Don 't go there for the Fish fry they told me it doesn 't exist a month ago and the sign is still there
Absolutely delightful first experience. From calling in, to finishing my last bite.The staff was friendly, welcoming, and in good humor. Not to mention this is the best pizza I have had in Rochester.I can't wait to try more.
