Panera Bread - Rochester

I love Panera Bread! They offer a wide variety of delicious options, and everything is always fresh. I appreciate that I can mix and match items to suit my tastes. I typically order a sandwich along with a salad.

The sandwiches are low in fat and the bread is fluffy and fresh. The white and spinach bagel sandwich makes for a fantastic breakfast. The staff is also very friendly!

I understand that with fewer employees, it can be challenging to maintain standards, but cleanliness is a significant issue here. There were too many tables that hadn’t been cleaned, food on the floor, and the bathrooms were not in good condition. For me, cleanliness is my top priority when dining out. After that, I consider the friendliness of the staff, and the quality of the food comes last. I do want to highlight that the staff at this restaurant were very nice, and I appreciate their hard work!

Great coffee the food I've had has always been good. Workers always courteous go out of there way to treat you good!

This location isn’t perfect but some of the employees are wonderful so I come back. I wish they would communicate before hitting my order off the screen without saying anything to save on their service times. Had to wait 14 minutes for a flatbread and soup a few days ago during an obvious lull and yesterday I placed an order and 15 minutes after my text notification went off saying it was ready I had to ask an employee if my food was done. It wasn’t and wouldn’t be because they ran out.
