Moe's Southwest Grill - Rochester

The meat and toppings seemed like they had been left out all day to dry. The staff who were not working were loud enough that I couldn't hear properly. Overall, I would rate the food as a 3 out of 5.

The service at this restaurant was very poor. It seemed like our server didn't want to serve us. Even the manager was rude. My burrito was falling apart and when I mentioned it, the staff didn't do anything to fix it. The food was also disappointing. My wife's sandwich was dry and the drinks were mediocre. Sadly, this will be our last time dining here. It used to be one of our favorite spots.

The delivery was 40 minutes late and my burrito arrived with a large hole in it. The district manager dismissed my concerns and fully blamed the third-party delivery company.

We got major food poisoning- like strapped to the bathroom type poisoning. I dont know if it was cross contamination or what- but it is extremely painful and really annoying to spend your entire day glued to a toilet ?. I didnt even finish my meal because there was a hair in my bowl. Its just disappointing. Havent eaten anything else all day just Moe's- we both had steak so we're thinking it was the meat.
