Mcdonald's - Rochester

The young woman on the way was terrible! I wanted to turn her back. pushing the door into my face while he and manager always talk and flirt?! surprised that they are still open to treat customers like that! not yet a reception after we had to wait 8-9min until manager and young girls flirt and talked. but then they come into the window with an entry?.

Fast drive thru. eating was a bit sloppy and thrown together. they take a cheeseburger for 10 seconds so they are not chaos. food: 4/5

No hired were there and only manager working fries were cold and hard. Happy meals had no toys. the food was dry. food: 1/5

This isn't the only McDonald's with this problem.. it seems all of them suffer from it now. But it is basically an awful service for walk-ins now. There is zero urgency at all and they really make you feel like a burden for even walking in at all.Either pay your workers more so they do better or change your walk in policy. It's garbage

Ordered on the app for Curbside Pickup 8:30am. Waited at my spot for 20min. Tried to walk in to get my food, all doors were locked. At 8:50am. Had to walk up to the drive thru window to ask where the food was, and had to wait until they could hand it to me through the window. Multiple people tried to get into the restaurant but the doors were locked.
