Margaritas Mexican Cantina Rochester

It was good! I got the bandera burrito the sauces were good! Hot sauce is good Im going to add a little salt to it though to bring out more flavor. Big burrito! Filling! Salsa is fresh and tortilla chips (free) are house made. Wish chips were salted a bit more but flavor was yummy!! I will be trying this place again soon. Some meats in the burrito (steak /chicken) were a little overdone for my taste but still good. Pork was cooked tender but lacked seasoning.

These tacos were horrible. If I could give you a zero star I would. I dont know what that was, but that was not area Tacos de Birria. The tortillas were raw, cold and not fired at all. The meat was dry and there was no Consommé served with it.

Meeting my boyfriend’s son and his girl for dinner. We arrived early and this is the only service issue, the waitress was at our table every three minutes, it was slow, Sunday Eve, but it was a bit much. The food is fantastic, from tacos to tamales. Flavorful refried beans and a nice yellow rice. Drinks were plentiful and tasty. The atmosphere gets 4 stars for the music being loud, but everything including restrooms was nice and clean. Lastly, be aware the restaurant puts an automatic 20% tip on the bill. We tend to be generous tippers, but we didn’t get told about the 20%, it was a sign you could see on the way out. That’s a tad suspect, but lesson learned.

The food came out fast and it was hot when it made it to our table, and it was great! Service was fantastic!

Went here for lunch with 3 friends. The food was delicious. I ordered quesadilla verde. Very good. Our server, Sheralyn was excellent. Very nice and personable.
