Since I couldn’t... read more About two and a half weeks ago, I placed a takeout order at KFC. I was told it would take a while because they were busy preparing party packs. Since I couldn’t wait, I politely asked for a refund, but the manager refused, saying I had to wait because her boss was on vacation and she couldn’t process refunds—something I doubt is true. As a result, my food took 20 minutes to prepare, causing me to be late for work. I then contacted corporate for a refund, and they promised the store manager would contact me. However, I never received a call, despite their claims that they had tried. After waiting a week with no response, I called again, and they resubmitted my request. The store manager once again falsely claimed they had attempted to reach me. After another eight days, I followed up and was told the issue would be escalated to higher management. I hope this matter is resolved soon because this is not how a restaurant or business should be run.

I explained that it wasn't and requested a refund, but he refused and hung up on me. I will not be returning to KFC in Rochester, IN.
