No call, no doorbell ring. I didn't find out my food was delivered until I called 90 minutes after placing the order to check on the status, and they said someone called me to confirm the delivery. Never received the call, food like left in my porch and cold by the time I got it. It's a shame because I used to love ordering Ken's pizza, but I will never order again if they can't even communicate with their customers.... View all feedback.

We love kens! excellent pizza, great service and always super fast! would definitely recommend their fried cheese curds.
Customer FRIENDLY and must order by phone or at front door upon arrival. GREAT pizza and worth the ride, enjoy.
