Delicious cookies, with a good selection of flavors. The staff was nice and helpful. Prices are somewhat cheaper than Crumbl, but I felt that cookies were also smaller than Crumbl. It is a good place to satisfy your cookies : View all feedback.

The first time I ordered, I only got half my order and had to call someone to get a refund on the second item (wasnt the same amount that I paid). The second time my order didnt come at all, I called a representative (she was amazing), they said they were going to deliver it again and never did. View all feedback.
I absolutely love the cookies at this place, especially the gluten-free chocolate chip ones—they're my favorites! I also want to give a shoutout to a couple of employees. First, there's Anella. I won't make this too long, but she was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s always nice to walk into a restaurant and be greeted with a big smile and a positive attitude. After speaking with Anella, I found myself smiling and feeling good! Thank you! I also want to mention Shantal, who was just as friendly during my next visit. Thanks for the excellent customer service!
The cookies are excellent, but don't rely on the delivery times being precise. Your order will take significantly longer to arrive, whether you're looking for a quick delivery or have scheduled it in advance.

I received a complimentary extra cookie, and I'm really enjoying this place much more than Crumbl. The quality is better, it's conveniently located near my home, and the portion sizes are generous. The deluxe cookies are enormous and definitely worth the extra cost.
The cookies are always delicious, but I'm disappointed because we didn't receive the actual cookies we ordered.
