Dunkin - Rochester

Drive thru is slow usually (so go inside if you're in a hurry), but service is great otherwise!

Let me begin by saying that I am not a cop and yet I love doughnuts. Especially dunkin' donuts (no offense Tim Hortons your coffee is still great). But days when I am really depressed, it is the doughnuts here that lift my mood. Must be all the addedsugar. Well if it does the work, even for two hours, who am I to complain. Five stars. My favorite depression place.

I don't usually buy coffee when I'm out but when I do I prefer Dublin donuts. I know that's not very WNY of me. I decided to stop one morning and ordered a large coffee 4+4. I can barley understand her over the speaker I didn't really know how much I was going to be paying. I pull up to the window and she is waiting with her hand out and didn't give me any time to reach for my wallet. Note there is nobody else in line. (This is one of my pet peeves) My total was over. $3. I was suddenly reminded of why I don't buy coffee while I'm out. Customer service is never good here. It's usually pack and a long wait. I did actually revive a free coffee one time at this location but that was at 2am. So it's like 8 out of 10 times you get not so good service.

Zero stars. Don't ever go to this Dunkin. Waited in line for 20mins and the employees have zero sense of urgency. Worst service ever. If I wasn't locked in line of the drive thru, I would have left. Horrible.

This Dunkin Donuts gave me the worst breakfast sandwich of all time this morning. How does a place that specializes in breakfast screw up a bagel with egg, cheese, and bacon? Well, the bagel tasted like Windex. Add in the worlds smallest egg, and ONE slice of bacon, you now have a shit sandwich. Congrats, DD.
