What General Durgan doesn't like about D'mangu:
I'm Dominican-American and was visiting Rochester. I was excited to find a Dominican restaurant, but sadly I was not impressed with the menu or the cuisine. I feel I need to give them a 2nd chance though, there was a snowstorm that day, and it was late near closing time. I will change my review if the next visit is better. ? View all feedback.

Oh my goodness i love this place. Cute and small but inviting. The food is amazing. I had stew chicken with rice and beans and a side salad. So freaking amazing i could kiss the chefs but i am married lol
This place is truly a special gem in Rochester! The food is authentic and something that you just cannot find anywhere else at all around here. The service is also fantastic. A truly top notch place. Everyone needs to try it!!
