I have not been to a Denny's since I was little and was pleasantly surprised at how good my meal was! The restaurant was pretty busy this morning at 11:00 am, but our food came out hot and fast. I had a lemonade, and the cinnamon roll pancake breakfast with poached eggs, sausage links, hash browns, and a side of toast. My mom had the country-fried steak meal, and my friend had a side of hash browns. It was all hot an... View all feedback.
What Amber Marie doesn't like about Denny's Family:
We went last night. Our food was good but our server looked dirty and was terrible. She never asked how our food was, and didn’t put in the right order for us to begin with. She didn’t bring us drink refills or anything. She did do a lot of standing around and talking to coworkers. View all feedback.

Hostess was not very welcoming, messed up my eggs I asked for over easy I got scrambled. no bananas on top of my pancakes. didn't write down our order so forgot to tell the chef about are appetizer so we had to wait to get it to go and we're done with are dinner and still waiting for are appetizer. Nice waitress though. Great pancakes and great omelette though. clean building expect the women's bathroom. Overall. Great dinner and good coffee. Just gotta fix few issues. Great price on strawberry panpups 10 for 4 dollars
Servers were Amazing but food wasnt good… took home to give to dogs.
My mother and I went for breakfast on a Friday morning. We had to ask for napkins not realizing after a much longer wait they would bring some. Waited even longer to order drinks, ordered food at the same time. We both ordered egg dishes and we waited quite a bit for the food. We ordered Eggs Benedict that came with hash browns. The hash browns were dripping in grease making a small puddle on the plate. The English muffins were either microwaved way too long or were very old. Difficult to cut, tough to chew. Waitress never came back with drink refill or check. We went to cash register and she gave it to us there. We have been to Denny's off and on over the years and always enjoyed our meals. We will not be back.
Generally, I am opposed to chain restaurants, but I was having a hard time finding a local diner that was for sure open on Labor Day morning. So, it was off to Denny 's! There was a decent sized line waiting upon arrival. They seemed confused on how to run a wait list, and I was skipped twice in favor of others who arrived after us. Eventually, we were seated at a table that was soaking wet. The waitress was aloof and disinterested in working that day. Food did come pretty fast. I had some sort of grand slam that came with pancakes, eggs, hash browns, sausages, and bacon. Aside from the pancakes that were soaked in whipped butter, every other item was BLAND. Very, VERY bland. I can understand letting customers season their own eggs, but it befuddles me how the sausage and bacon both had no taste at all. Even their maple syrup, whatever chemical concoction it is, barely had much flavor. The meals weren 't necessarily cheap, either. The final bill was about on par with some of the local diners. I wasn 't expecting much, and Denny 's succeeded in not exceeding those expectations!
