What Grace Romig doesn't like about Dave Buster's:
All the newest games and some old-school carnival games too. Huge screens. Lots of fun. If a lot of noise and flashing lights bother you, then it's not for you. But you can leave the teens, and shop the (attached) mall. View all feedback.
Fun for my son. but this is expensive. great trip with my son. it is our tradition to visit the night before school every year to dinner. eating is always well presented, and our waitress molly was fabulous. 4 stars, because this place is expensive, why we only go 2x/year. games, eating, drinks are pricy. feels more like a tourist attraction than going to a place for locals to hang. number of parking places

They have some unique selection of drinks for kids. Cons: Slow service. Stains on seating and tables.
The food was okay. I ordered the bruchetta and it was good, but I've had better. My friends loved their meals- one had some sort of chicken and the other had a burger. We also split the giant pretzel, which was great! The atmosphere was pretty loud and I was cold in my seat. Games were fun! Our waiter was awesome, too!
Giving two stars because the games are AMAZING but if I were just judging by food and service on the restaurant side, zero stars would be more appropriate. Our bartender on Wednesday was rude to say the least. The bar was very sticky and covered in crumbs. We found the cleanest area but asked nicely for them to wipe down the spot after we had been sitting and ordered drinks. The bartender became obviously annoyed and didn’t do it. I let him know about my food allergies and he told me I couldn’t have any of the specialty drinks on the menu (which I knew wasn’t the case because I had dined there before). Finally after more explanation he agreed to make a margarita without triple sec (I’m allergic to oranges), but was strangely put off about the request. After dropping off the drinks he didn’t say anything else or offer menus, so we had to wait and ask a different person for food menus. Eventually the first server came back and we ordered, but he was clearly annoyed about having to take care of us. When our food came, he didn’t provide napkins or silverware until we asked about 5 min after receiving our food. The chicken “tenders” weren’t breaded at all just strips of chicken, which was the strangest part of the whole experience. The Philly sandwich tasted like someone dropped an entire salt shaker worth of salt in it. My advice stick to simple drinks if drinking and head somewhere else for food.
Very conflicting experience. Food was average, games were good as usual. Service on the on the other hand was awful. Workers in the arcade were rude. We got sat and then never had a server we had to order online. Waited 20 minutes for our appetizer then still no drinks so I had to ask some random person. We then got our food still no server. Talked to a manager named Eric who was great throughout all of this and was very kind and helpful and took care of us the rest of the time. The person who was supposed to be our server said she was busy with a party and other tables and just needed a minute then we never saw her again. Thanks again to Eric for being so helpful and nice.
