Corelife Eatery - Rochester

This CoreLife location failed me today. My family typically goes to the Henrietta/Webster locations. Unfortunately my Daughter has Celiac Disease. We are very limited on places to eat. The plates literally had 4 little chunks of chicken, I have never hadthis happen, caught us by surprise. I asked about the serving size after spending $60 on lunch. The server informed me this isthe correct portion size, I could pay for more if it is needed. I guess the other Corelifes have been doing it wrong. I wouldalso hope a staff member would restock napkins when needed. I hade to wait 20 minutes to receive some. The other three customerssitting down, stated the same thing, You need to ask for napkins.

Salad was the best I have had at any restaurant. Lettuce was fresher than any I have ever purchased in Rochester. The staff was so kind and helpful in assisting me with my order. Great place to meet friends for lunch. I love the tall tables!

Update; thanks for the quick reply! Experience today was wonderful! Not busy at all Got a wrap person making it did an awesome job! Good portion and value. Beverage selection and quality was excellent Keep up the great work Too busy yesterday ill tryagain today. Edit; to clarify probably 20 people in front of me and I unfortunately didnt have time.

I love core life, until it comes to the mobile pick up orders. I ordered my food today at 11:12 and it said it would be ready by 11:28. Got there at 11:30, went in, nothing was ready, and there were over 10 people waiting for their food. Then I watched themanager yell at one of the younger workers (looked like she was in high school) to which she made her cry. Also said she wasgoing to “shut down mobile orders if no one organized them”. 12 o'clock still no food. Finally got the food around 12:10 andthe picture I attached was what they gave me, I then had to go back in because it was missing half the items. The second picturewas how it looked after I went back in. I'm extremely disappointed with my experiences at this location. I understand they arebusy but this was just crazy.

If you want to incorporate more veggies and healthier food this is the place to go. They have a really good collection of lemonade. Tried the beet lemonade which tasted amazing. The wrap I got should have siracha but it didn’t taste like that. So Iasked for some sauce later. Staff was very nice and helpful. Place is quite spacious and there’s plenty of parking outside.
