Chick-fil-a - Rochester

I had the great fortune of enjoying opening day at this brand new store. With that, I would like to share a bit of praise I offered the owner. ?Tremendous job!!!! Your team and their service was expedient, accurate and welcoming. You can?t ask for any more as a hardworking, new business owner.? Keep up the great work! My family and I will most definitely be back.

Chick-fil-A is probably my FAVORITE fast food chain and this is my favorite location out of the three that are here! The staff are always so friendly and the store is always clean! Love using their app???????? highly recommend you eat here???

Had breakfast here for the first time and it was delicious. The #1 rated breakfast item is the simplest, chicken on a biscuit and it was amazing. I got the meal with coffee and the hash browns, dipped them in the house sauce and they were good as well. Topped with the fruit salad which was fresh and yummy. The coffee was meh but that?s not why we are here. No one can touch Chik-fil-A, highest quality ingredients, the sauce flavors, efficient service and the best damn chicken sandwich in the world. This location in Irondequoit checks all the boxes.

Arrive to pick up my food. 4 different employees walked by and ignored me. One even walked by me to wait on a customer who just walked in after me. I was invisible. Fries were under cooked and cold. Sandwich was just ok. Drink ordered with no ice was handed to me with a receipt saying no ice in plain simple English I'll be skipping this location going forward

For one the owner is great. Food fantastic. Staff very polite. I will say the people there for delivery pick ups could be more polite to the staff there. This place is busy and chicken in demand. Take a chill pill grub hub people
