What User doesn't like about Centro:
Was very disappointed with our service. We ordered eggplant mussels, which are certainly meal sized portions, but were told we could not have bread because we did not order entrees! Since we were seated upstairs at the railing, we had a clear view ofthe bar watched a couple being served bread and one appetizer to share!! We were late for our reservation, but Chuck's kindly held the table for us. Tableside Caesar salad was amazing. Our mains were bit of a wait, but before we could complain, our server apologized and they appeared shortly after. Amazing food and portions were well suited. Our steaks were perfectly done! Due to the small delay in our mains, manager sent over a sinful skor Sundae that although we were much too full for, we devoured. Excellent service and kudos to management for staying on top of service.
This place a hole in the wall with good vegetarian. The ambiance isn't great, but the food is good and the people running the place are very warm. The best item on the menu are their sandwiches.
Western themed steakhouse in Banff. Friendly welcome. Helpful and knowledgeable waiting staff.We had fillet steak and I think it was among the best I've ever had.Ambience was very good and the meal well paced.A really good evening.

The staff was outstanding, the ambiance was superb and the food was great. An very enjoyable evening. Can't wait to go back. It is a must eat here on every visit to Banff.
