Burger King - Rochester

The first and second time I came to order was wrong. my articles were either gone, even though I was charged for them, or they were falsely excited, which led to higher fees. I contacted the customer service via the franchise owner. they apologised and offered me a voucher for free eating and sending a gift card. You can't go in. they have to get the running gear thru or a window where they bring them their order. there are only 1 signs outside, not in the view of the parking lot, that tells them that.

The guy was rude on the way. on his handy all the time. I cut a sandwich. that was cold. never again!

VERY.....VERYYYYY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!I ADD CHEESSE ON MY WHOPPER AND THY CHARGED ME $2.00 DOLLAR FOR A SINGLE CHEESE!!!! I asked one of the staff and he said yes is $2. 00 now for the cheesse!!! I NEVER...NEVER PAID THIS MUCH FOR A SINGLE CHEESE. ALSO NOT ONION, THE LETTUCE WAS DARK LIKE OLD. I WILL REPORT THIS STORE SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT, CHARGING THAT MUCH FOR EXTRA CHEESE .THE COMO O FROM $11.09 WHEN UP TO $13.59 WITH OUT TAXES ?? RIDICULOUS!!!

This is the worst store to order food from. I asked for 5 French toast sticks. They have a 3 piece and 5 piece. The cashier asks me do I want 5, 5 piece? I didn't ask for 5, 5 piece frech toast sticks? I get them...they were mushy and 1 torn apart... I couldn't eat it... I thought maybe the 1st time it happened...It was a fluke, because I ordered a 5 piece, but was given 3 pieces and they were mushy...! But this is the second time?! They are mushy!! I like BK French Toast Sticks! But...this particular BK?? Is ridiculous!!
