Bruegger's Bagels from Rochester Menu

What Karrie Schmidt doesn't like about Bruegger's Bagels:
My husband went into the Brueggers on Monroe Goodman and the young man behind the counter couldn't be bothered to listen to what my husband was ordering. He was more interested in his tablet than what my husband was ordering. Not only was the employee not interested, but he completely forgot to give us some of the bagels we ordered.
