Culver's - Rochelle

I live in Texas, and we don't have Culver’s here. Whenever I get the chance, I try to eat at Culver’s. This location was just as great as I had hoped. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The food is quite good, and the service is excellent, but it is a bit pricey for what you receive.

The food was good, but it took a full 30 minutes to receive our order during the busy 4th of July weekend. Our frozen pumpkin dish arrived 20 minutes before our main meals. Additionally, the frozen drink we ordered was more like soup by the time we got it. While the food itself was tasty, the wait was longer than usual. The staff was polite, though.

Edit: the owner came to me and was very apologetic, even a free meal. I am satisfied that he does everything that needs to be done to fix the problems we had. give them a star for it. okay, look, to be fair, I have eaten in dozens of culvers like a thousand meal times and never disappointed. the place was crazy when we were there, but still. the fries were hot and tasty, but my burger was so overcooked that it was barely edible. I never had a speck that was overcooked to this day. I was irritated that we were on a trip and had to wait half an hour for our food. they offered to remake the meal, but we spent too much time there, and they offered us a refund, but we would eat it. they did everything they could do to make it right. So I don't really complain, I'm just saying if you're in a hurry and they're busy, I'd choose another place.

Arrived one minute before 10 pm close. To save kitchen the trouble, said I'd take whatever was sitting under the heat lamp...young lady at the counter, said, oh, that's MY DINNER! But, we will fix WHATEVER you like, FRESH! No attitude here, just outstanding service! Very impressive! (love steamed broccoli side).
