Disappointed i visted here yesterday with my partner and our 3 children ordered 3 kids meals and 2 adults for it to arrive and one child not receiving his meal and my carvery freezing cold to then go onto ordering a pudding for my child waiting 45 minutes so went to the till for them to say I didn't order anything when I spent £4.99 on a pudding .whilst here for a meal my children had to be taken away from the child'... My family and I had recently a beautiful meal here and enjoyed the experience a lot. eating was hot and tasty by the carvery and these children loved their burgers. the service was not from our server pam that was simply beautiful and let us laugh constantly. what a star. will definitely be back as soon as one of our favorites.
