What User likes about The Summit Inn:
eating is great and love the menu for dogs. my only grip is that I couldn't leave a tipp because of the payment with the card. certainly a tipp can be added and given to the staff in cash, as I rarely take cash with me when I go for a meal. read moreThe Summit has garnered mixed feedback, reflecting its potential and pitfalls. While some patrons rave about the excellent, home-cooked meals and friendly service, others lament declining standards, with lukewarm beer and unavailable menu items. Highlights include the welcoming atmosphere, attentive staff, and delightful dishes like steak pies and brunch. However, some diners encountered disappointing food temperatures and a lack of key menu items. Still, many appreciate the value for money and the option for dog-friendly dining. Overall, the Summit shows promise but needs to address its service inconsistencies to fully regain its former glory.
