It is extremely frustrating to anticipate a takeout meal only to be let down time and time again by this establishment. Truly disgusting.

The me... read more I went to the drive-thru for a quick lunch and decided to try the "Boneless box" for £2.99. Despite the low price, the quality of the food was very poor. The meal was cold, and it seemed like it had been sitting for a while before being served to me. I ate it immediately in the car park, but it was still not enjoyable. I was not given any salt or hand wipes, just handed the box through the window. I was disappointed with the experience and now understand why this KFC location has bad reviews. I will not be returning to this outlet in the future.

I placed an order for food at 6pm and was told it would be delivered between 7.10-7.30.... It still hasn't arrived by 8.15 and no one is picking up the phone. I understand that there was more traffic than usual earlier, but it has been back to normal for over 2 hours now!
