I made a reservation here for myself and my boyfriend in order to enjoy a nice relaxing evening. Unfortunately, we were greeted with hostility as soon as we arrived by the front host. There was no warm welcome, and we were even challenged about our booking. Despite confirming our reservation, the food we received was not cooked fresh and the menu selection was limited. When we ordered a Diet Coke and a regular Coke, they tasted flat and we were unable to discern what we were drinking. When we asked a waiter about the diet soda, he rudely replied, “how do I know? I didn’t serve you the drinks.” This led to a confrontation with my boyfriend, during which the waiter began screaming and swearing, necessitating the intervention of the manager. I requested that the waiter be removed from our area due to his provocation, and he was eventually moved after five minutes. However, when I tried to explain the situation to the manager, he dismissed me and focused on calming my boyfriend down, despite the situation having escalated beyond repair. We ultimately decided to leave the restaurant, and upon doing so, the front host commented that we were leaving early. When I explained the situation to him regarding his waiter, he had no response and did not offer an apology. I cannot recommend this establishment due to the rude and disgusting service we experienced. It was like being in a complete circus show.

The buffet style service at this restaurant is not suitable for the quality of the food. The staff here are very inattentive and the place could use a makeover. The only positive aspect was the car park. Overall, this place is not for me.

I went to Karims with my family and while I didn't particularly enjoy the food, the staff were friendly and the restaurant had a warm family atmosphere. The seating area was child-friendly with high chairs available. The downside of the evening was that there was a wedding reception happening at the same time, which caused delays in getting our food and some of us ended up in the wedding photos or videos. The food selection was limited and the desserts were disappointing; we had to ask for ice cream and cake, which was not as expected for a buffet. Additionally, we had to wait for our drinks for 5 minutes. Overall, it was an average place and worth the money paid. If you're looking for affordable Indian food in a decent setting with good waiter service, then this is the place for you.

Seems not to have survived the pandemic. There was a delivery takeaway menu and service for a while but the sit down eatery itself appears to have closed its doors for good. Great pity. It was a good place and especially good value.

I’ve been dining in to Karim for almost 5 years never had a problem maybe a few troubles but it’s understandable the staffs are great the greeter character is always on point with the sword and everything I’ve started doing takeouts in Karim and the food is still the same as when you dine in thank you very much karim.
