It can get quite busy, so I recommend placing your order ahead of time and they will provide you with a pick-up time. One downside is that when you arrive, you may not be acknowledged right away, even if the shop is busy. We always go for the hot sandwiches on paninis, which are a delicious and satisfying choice.

I called the restaurant to expre... read more When I finally got home with my sandwich, 45 minutes after ordering it, I found that the food was cold and the bread was stale. I called the restaurant to express my dissatisfaction, but the staff member who answered the phone seemed to only know the word "yes". After speaking with a more responsible employee, I was shocked by the dismissive attitude I encountered. Despite offering a few unhelpful solutions, they ultimately said there was nothing they could do and rudely talked over me without listening to my concerns. The service was absolutely appalling, and it's a good thing their success doesn't depend on their customer service skills.
