We visited this property during the April 25 long weekend attracted by the excellent reviews and we were fully satisfied. It is a family run restaurant in a rustic chalet. All surrounded by trees, flowers, meadows and a pretty fishing lake. We were very impressed by the kindness of the manager and we decided, after an exquisite aperitif, to stop for dinner. Chilling location!! Let 's start immediately with a badly managed sports lake in a bad state. Inside, chairs and trees are the masters. For a weekend in Parma we decided to have lunch in this place, probably the only known restaurant , recommended by people who used to live in the castle town of Roccabianca. Vabbeh, we trusted and we arrived at this place ... very ... ambiguous, poorly maintained and poorly maintained, near the fishing pond. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by this very extravagant-looking lady, nice for heaven 's sake... to whom we asked if we could eat without having booked. He makes us wait a few seconds to give us confirmation from the owner. He leaves free choice to be able to sit where we most welcome and then immediately tell us that the place chosen was already booked (we don 't know by whom and for when, since for the following two hours, i.e. from 1 to 3 pm, no one else arrived living soul besides us and the people before us). The experience of food quite scarce, few cold cuts for 5 people despite having asked for others to eat together with the fried dumpling (or rather, fried cake) and with a side dish mainly composed of pickled onions and two artichokes in cross. A half liter bottle of water, a liter of bulk wine in a carafe and 4 coffees We spent a total of 100 euros, it 's not clear what for... how much could the appetizer and drinks cost? Al fresco dining. Excellent fried cake. The salami and the cooked shoulder tortelli are very good. As well as cakes.

Luogo meraviglioso con alberi di alto fusto ed abbellito da un pescoso laghetto .....Ĺa conduzione famigliare ti fa sentire a tuo agio in ogni momento..La cucina è eccezionale rifacendosi alla tradizione della Bassa Parmense....La cuoca soddisfa ogni richiesta della clientela...Il rapporto qualità prezzo è Eccezionale
