Put order in online. Go to pick up area. Grab my food. Everything seems to be good. Till I looked at my food. Kings Hawaiian was nothing but sauce and lettuce. The bun was burnt so bad I thought it was a chocolate chip cookie. Brisket still hardly any meat. Took it back for a refund.

Just fyi if you go to this or the Russell one, make sure to go behind the counter yourself and put the extra meat on there or you won’t get it. EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO I GET A SANDWICH THAT LOOK ANOREXIC, after paying extra for meat.. anytime I have actually gotten the extra meat my sandwich is fat! This is ridiculous. If you don’t have the ingredients or something just say that but don’t make people pay for something that you keep leaving off..

Great staff, the food was flavorful, clean building. Will eat there again.

Always a line. Service is always slow. I have to wait 15 minutes for the food. I don't understand why it takes them so long to prepare a sandwich?!?

I've been there twice both times they got a simple order wrong. I won't be back!
