I 'm not the type to leave reviews on Google, but... Firstly, I do mobile orders to avoid mistakes, and each time there are missing products? Is it possible to put them in shortages on your application? Secondly, I don 't have to ask for whipped cream on my iced cappuccino, it comes with it and what 's more, it never tastes the same. The customer service is terrible! I was shouted at when I arrived at the order terminal “YES YOUR ORDER”. I get judged by the same girl because I order an almond milk latte and ask to put 1 cream on the side. For whatever reason, you don 't tell the customer yes but you ordered me almond milk . I pay more for almond milk too. I have worked in fast food for almost 7 years now, and I believe that this is not a problem with the employees but with the management. Where is the “Hello can I take your order” “You can move forward!”. I miss having good, fast, courteous and efficient service.

I was at the drive-thru with friends, looking forward to dinner. When we went to pick up our order, an employee in a brown sweater, gray hair, in his sixties shouted at us saying that if he gave us the wrong order It was our fault, but it was nothing other than our fault, because we confirmed the correct order before paying. I am very disappointed with this employee and because of him, me and my friends had a very bad dinner. Meal type: Lunch
