McDonald's - Roberval

I was disappointed that the McPoulet was not available and the two salads were prepared as Caesar salads instead of Greek salads.

Usual and standard place for lot of people but there we can enjoy good coffee as McDo changed their coffee quality many months ago to the best enjoying for customers, the rest there is truly weel known

I've never been in a mcdonald's or the service is as poor. We stopped supper at 4:30, there was no more smothies, no more bbq sauce. The burger ordered by my son was not even complete. the person didn't even come to carry our drink at the table and simply canceled and refunded the smothies instead of offering us something else (genus we don't drink). Even at the service to the car it's difficult I ordered a black coffee and it managed to put milk in...and the service is extremely long. It's really one of the worst mcdo I've ever seen.

My girlfriend asked for a crunch, sir, not cooked ham and just 2 slices of uncooked cheese. place not cleaned, fries on the ground, towels, tables not cleaned. They didn't want to change his crunch, sir, or cook a little more cheese. held by 3 young people without nets in the hair. They were really amateur:-/ I don't recommend it. hamburgers really looked like nothing and fries too cooked. Too bad.

We tried the new concept "create your burger" to the dressrval macdo. Oh, my God! We waited for our burger for more than 30 minutes and in addition it happened cold! The purpose of a fast food is to eat fast, and there is not really the case. Moreover, the staff would better take care of their clients instead of laughing between them. I'm probably not going back there!
