They now have some competition with Hot-N-Ready. The food was well-prepared and the kitchen looked clean. The staff answered the phone promptly and provided quick service. It seems like there may be new management in place. Overall, a much better experience than last year. The only downside was that the cooking was a bit slow, but it was still worth it. What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
I was extremely disappointed with the staff at Caesar's restaurant. I ordered four pizzas and was asked to pull forward. I didn't mind doing so. When my pizzas were ready, a young man came out and threw them through my car window at me. I requested only two pizzas, but he laughed and pushed all four into my car. As a disabled woman, this really upset me. I had to drive home with the extra pizzas. I will not be return... View all feedback.
I was at least 2 dozen times at this place in the last 2 years. I went back because I usually like little caesars (quick, hot food) and this place is convenient for me. 9/10 times I return completely unsatisfied to home. from now on, I will not come back. this layer should be necessary to take hot and ready out of their shield, because the pizza is never ready immediately. if they order extra pfefferoni, there is a 50% chance that they actually get it. for at least two separate visits I ordered to eat, waited 10-15 minutes standing in the lobby (with others also waiting) and observed that the employees take a fresh pizza from the one just to hand it to someone who just pulled in the drive-thru window they then turn around and apologise because they forget that we are all waiting they are offered as trost underkupfer and said it will only make 7-8 minutes for us.
Had to be one of the worst pizzas I have had in a while. They are missing it on everything. Crust is gross and sauce is disgusting. There's a reason it's cheap pizza Folks!!!!
The Little Caesars in robertsdale every time I go there I once again get extremely disappointed like I don't think they like putting salt on their Pizza I swear it but the one in Foley always good always
I like this location and have bought a few pizzas here. I think it closed because the employees went on strike (quit). It’s open again and I’m sure they are doing the best they can to stay open, but it needs to close for a few days of serious training. Bought two pizzas by the time I made it home the one box was dripping grease. The first pizza looked and tasted good but grease was too heavy box was soaked. (Not good for presentation or the owners wallet as the supplies are clearly getting wasted and I will explain this later the first pizza was missing a portion of the crust on one side and an abundance on the other. The second pizza box was not oily but the pizza was burnt and the box contained crunchy burnt bits around the pizza probably from the pan (seasoned portions falling off) when your trying to get repeat customers presentation and taking the time to put out a properly baked and cut product sells itself and failing at this simple act of paying attention costs customers. Back to cheese bread the bread was cut shallow and multiple attempts to make a straight cut. Slow down pay attention. To your product and focus on finishing all tasks correctly apologize for extended times. Once the product is consistently good focus on time. Housekeeping is reflected in the product so I’m sure there are housekeeping issues to address. I’m including pictures to help understand how bad this experience was and how much grease was in that one pizza box. I’m doing this so someday I may be able to get a cheap but good product that I usually get from the namesake. So far here that has not been the case and now it’s somehow worse. Oh I forgot to add that the bread box had at least 10 liners that were half out of the bottom and the box wouldn’t stay closed just to address the waste from rushing. I should add this place was not busy. And the items I got were hot and ready (cool and greasy and burnt) you can’t expect to keep doors open with the absolute lack of effort.
Went there to get ready and hot pizzas thinking it was going to be in and out situation but it wasn't...My boyfriend and I stood there for which seem like 10 minutes as the two men in the back didn't even acknowledge us and the cashier in the window also did not acknowledge us which I didn't even notice she was over there until the manager came inside.I'm pretty sure the women we passed otw inside, that was outside on her phone, was the manager due to all the keys on her waist. We had to wait until she was done with the phone call which she was still on her phone call as she walked inside. She finally acknowledged us. She asked if we ordered already and I told her no one's even said a word to us. Which in response she got off the phone. All we were doing was getting to bestest mostest hot and ready pizzas and the breadsticks for my boyfriend's birthday on December 14th. I can tell you I'll probably never go back to that Little Caesars.I work in food industry and you are at least supposed to acknowledge people when they're standing there and it can even be like hey I'll be with you in a moment or someone will be with you in a moment but no nothing that's just 100% bad customer service.
