This is hands down the best bagel shop in our area. They serve fresh bagels every day, and the staff is always friendly. I like to stop by at 6 AM before heading out to play golf. I really love this place! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Jim's Bagel Loft:
They frequently sell burnt bagels, which really should be tossed out instead of sold. The bagels are charred, and because they're packaged, you can't tell until you get home. It's quite disappointing. I enjoy bagels every morning, but this is the only place that offers burnt ones! View all feedback.
The new female owner of this restaurant is incredibly rude, unprofessional, and argumentative. The cook, who seems to be her unsuccessful brother, consistently burns the food. When you return an untouched meal and request a refund, the owner responds with hostility and prefers to argue rather than address the issue with her cook. Instead of taking responsibility, she blames the customers. It's clear she has no understanding of customer service or how to run a business. Who gets upset when a customer doesn't want to spend their hard-earned money on overcooked food? Even the bagels are burnt! This poor woman doesn’t seem to grasp that bread needs to rest. It's truly baffling! I strongly advise against eating here!
The food is average, but they often run out of key ingredients. One day they're missing bell peppers, the next it's white bread, and then it's turkey sausage and bacon. Sometimes, the food is even burnt. The owner tends to be unpleasant and defensive when you raise concerns about issues like burned dishes. I think the cook should be replaced, and the overall cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired.
This place offers a great selection of fresh bagels and delicious breakfast sandwiches. The staff is incredibly friendly, and they fill orders quickly.
Wow! I Moved to the area two years ago this is the first time trying this place. The bagels were fresh and delicious! ! They service was fast and friendly as well. I found my go to bagel shop !!!!
I had a terrible experience today, I ordered a few bagels over the phone and when I went to pick them up, I gave the cashier $20 bill (bill was in perfect condition) and she gave me the change back including a half ripped $5 bill and when I requested her to give me another one (which they had), while smiling with explanation that it will not last in my bag given it’s condition. she became all hostile on me and started saying, it’s okay, I will go to the bank and repeated this several times. At first, I wanted to ignore since there were other people in the line and why engage but it was loud enough for my little boy to hear as well and so I replied with saying, well, yes probably you should, I am not expecting anything that I shouldn’t. If I am a paying customer, 1. I deserve to be treated with respect 2. I deserve to be given bills at least in somewhat normal condition. A lot of people these days don’t keep cash expect for a few places and stores which are still cash only and that’s probably means, I may not end up using it again so quickly and chances are it will be completely ruined. What a terrible experience. Even tough I liked their bagels, will not be going again.
