I had seen the chickens with a nasalate (no tortillas or acid). it was delicious, and I didn't suffer badly. I am not celiac, but very sensitive to gluten, etc.

He was very attentive to my food sensitivities (gluten, dairy, corn, soy and eggs). He discussed with the chef and ok’d that I could eat there safely. I had the chicken fajitas with a side salad (no tortillas or sour cream). It was delicious and I suffered no ill effects. I’m not celiac but highly sensitive to gluten, etc.
