Go down the street find a local place, there is one next to a convince store a few steps away that has ice cold beer, unlike Bay Side.

Service was good.

I looked through a menu that was in Limpiras, (local currency) and i decided to sit down. When I finished they charged me twice as much as it said in the menu. Turns out they switched all the menus to a more expensive menu for tourists!! DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR! I refused to pay and you should refuse to do business with these thieves.
