Superb food, drinks, and service. They had a really nice avocado cheesecake.
The new Aqua restaurant at Pristine Bay is awesome, great service and delicious moder food with a Caribbean influence

I had the Chilequiles which are kind of a huevos rancheros but with sirloin tips. Fried tortilla strips guac and a homemade ranchero salsa that I liked very much. Had the fish tacos for lunch also excellent. My friend had the Balleada, an open flour burrito with refried beans steak and avocado and cheese, also excellent. And the view is spectacular.
