Cashier Sincere is the friendliest and most courteous cashier I have ever encountered at the Roaring Spring Giant Eagle. Some of the other cashiers could definitely learn a thing or two about customer service from him. Keep up the fantastic work, Sincere! I’ll make it a point to seek you out every time I visit, and I’m even willing to wait in line for such great service!
The customer service was lacking, and the treatment of patrons was subpar.
We visited the Roaring Spring Giant Eagle after the governor lifted the mask mandate. My wife has health issues that prevent her from wearing a mask, but when we arrived, the staff member at the entrance insisted that we couldn't enter without one. Despite explaining our situation, she responded rudely. To avoid further trouble, my wife reluctantly put on a mask to go inside and pick up the chicken we had ordered. Unfortunately, the woman at the deli was also unfriendly, telling my wife that she needed to wear the mask over her nose. My wife tried to explain that wearing a mask makes her sick and causes shortness of breath. Because of this negative experience, we no longer plan to shop here. They promote shopping local, but we won't be returning.
I did not have a mask and got thrown out never going back.
They don’t respect their customers
