The only thing that slightly bothered me was when our waiter brought out the food and jokingly said, "I hope you don't stink." Despite this odd comment, he was very friendly and made our dining experience enjoyable.

I had a cheeseburger on... read more Excellent service, personal and menu selection. we were there, as I had read, there was a gluten-free menu that the waitress could find. I had a cheeseburger on a gluten-free bungalow. it was very good and the bungalow did not fall apart like some. a very pleasant and really delicious meal. there were other gluten-free options that we check another time. I highly recommend it.

So friendly from the moment we walked in the door and the greeter met us at the door, to the waitress who served us. The was food was delicious. My burger was cooked to perfection, Juicy and cheesy. The building was clean and quiet. We happened to be seated in the bar area and I was very impressed on how the bar tender kept up with her bar tending as well as her tables with out missing a beat. She was friendly and spent time talking to us and even helped me decide what to order. It was a great lunch with my daughter and a great experience at this Ruby Tuesday.

I noticed they took off some of the pasta they used to have on the salad bar and several other items. My wife was very disappointed by them taking off that pasta (the round shaped pasta). This location has a waitress named Virginia. Virginia is nice, but she needs to watch what she is doing and be more careful. She is very sloppy. On our last visit my wife and I ate together and Virginia spilled water on us not once, but twice. She also forgot our appetizer. Next time we come back, my wife said she wants to avoid the area Virginia is serving due to her mediocre service. The manager, I think his name is James, seems warm and friendly.. (I have never had any interaction with him, only seen him walking around the restaurant) however I didn't like the way he treated my wife and I. James held the door for a group that was coming in but when my wife and I reached the door, he just let go of the door to attend to the group that had just came in. They need improvement, to be honest.
