The service at this restaurant is impeccable and the food is so delicious that licking the plate is somehow acceptable. I love it here and the atmosphere is very cool too. View all feedback.

Enjoy eating here fairly often. The service is typically hit or miss. Servers are usually very attentive, or you end up with someone else refilling your drinks. They bring rolls to the table that are almost bite sized and with a cheese/garlic look, although somewhat bland. Be careful to not fill up on them (read on to see why). I always get salad bar with meal even though it seems to have downgraded from past offerings. You can still make a nice salad, with fresh items. The feel now is only salad bar where before they had more pasta and side items. The spicy Thai phoon shrimp app was good, although a little too commercial in flavor, excess sauce made for a messy presentation, and I give it a thumbs down for portion to value ratio. The sauce reminded me of something I could find in the dollar store, and had a slight aftertaste. The shrimp were fried crispy and would be amazing with a little altering of the sauce. I have also tried the spinach dip several times and it was disappointing each time. I felt as though the spinach dip is a very bland offering. I could be biased because when I make it at home I use bacon, cheese, and pecans to kick up the flavor/texture. New Orleans Seafood: Tilapia was moist and tender. Shrimp on top were good and covered in a creamy Parmesan sauce. I got the mixed veggies, and they were tasty and seasoned well. I'll admit the veggies in the pic don't look so hot, but they were tasty. Smoky Mountain Chicken: The grilled chicken was slightly dry, but still tender enough to enjoy. BBQ sauce, Cheddar AND Swiss, with bacon. The mac n cheese was amazing. I think that it cost more to get the mac n cheese as a 'premium side' but it was well worth the up charge. Now for the best part of this visit - the cheesecake. The white chocolate Cheery Cheesecake was to die for. Initially we only got one piece to share. We had to open a new tab and order a slice for each person. Its commercially made, so nothing like homemade, but it had a very big and bold flavor. You could taste the cheesecake part, not to rich just enough for you to know it was there. The white chocolate was a sweet and bold flavor as far as white chocolate goes. I typically do not like cheery cheesecake, but this has the maraschino cheery flavor in the glaze, and then covered in a milk chocolate drizzle. Hate to admit, but there have been times we went there just to get the cheesecake. People who dont typically enjoy cheesecake even complimented this item. MAKE SURE YOU SAVE ROOM FOR IT.

Ruby Tuesday offers a mixed dining experience, boasting delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere. Diners rave about the excellent burgers, flavorful salmon, and a standout salad bar, though there are concerns about its shrinking selection. Service quality varies; while some guests appreciate attentive and friendly staff, others report issues with slow service and minor mishaps, such as spilled drinks. The restaurant’s management is described as warm, but instances of neglect have been noted. Overall, Ruby Tuesday remains a popular choice for a satisfying meal, but consistent service improvements are necessary to elevate the dining experience further.

Food and service were great. Love the specials that Ruby Tuesday’s emails out. Hope this one isn’t closed from their down-sizing.
Very good food. Love the salad bar. Good variety. This location is so much better than it used to be. We will return soon.
The food was great! And we asked the waitress for a special order. She and the manager went beyond the ordinary to make it happen for us. We are never disappointed there!
