I love Mexican food! I would give this place an A grade for sure. The menu is large, counter ordering was quick. Lots of salsa options on the self serve salsa bar. Large bright open dining area. $5 frozen Margaritas. That's a 5 star for me. View all feedback.
What Shellye Stone doesn't like about Rosa's Café Tortilla Factory:
The food was excellent this time but NOTHING else was. The table wasn't clean. The plates were NASTY NASTY on the bottom (I don't suggest YOU touch the bottom) and again, they put our number up WAY before it was actually ready. We were #16 and the foodstill wasn't ready to pick up when I took this photo. View all feedback.
The food was delicious! The fresh and homemade Tortillas were Bomb. The environment and restaurant itself were entertaining and clean. It was my first time here, but it won't be my last. I'll add this to the list of must stops when passing throughDallas/Ft. Worth area.
David is an exceptional team member. Our experience started with a phone call which seal the deal to eat dinner here. He was polite, informative and knew his stuff. After we arrived we were greet by David who seem to be working as a manger. Several teammembers approached with questions. He was so kind as he directed them and assisted us. He is very good at his job as well asworking with people. Huge thanks for know what gluten is and how the food is prepared to help me avoid getting sick. Here's thereview on the food! Wow! Wow! Wow! Sorry I didn't get a picture of our plates. I was too hungry and it was so good I could stop.We had an idea the food was going to be good when we could smell it from the parking lot. Chicken fajitas plate with green saucewas delicious!!!! Chicken soft taco plate also delicious and Beef fajita tacos with gauc so so good! The refried beans werefresh and the seasoning on the meet was spicy and light. Everything was so so good.
I absolutely love Mexican cuisine! I would definitely rate this restaurant with an A grade. The menu is extensive, and the counter ordering process was speedy. There are plenty of salsa selections at the self-serve salsa bar. The dining area is spacious and well-lit. And the $5 frozen margaritas? That earns it a solid 5-star rating in my book!
The prices are reasonable, and the food tastes great. They offer plenty of sauce to enhance your meal. While it's not authentic Mexican cuisine, it's hard to find a place that truly is. I usually take my team there for lunch outings, and my kids really enjoy the food.
The food was outstanding this time, but unfortunately, nothing else was. The table was dirty, and the bottoms of the plates were disgusting—definitely don’t touch them! Additionally, they assigned our order number well ahead of time, even though the food wasn’t actually ready. We were number 16, but the food still wasn't prepared when I took this photo.
