Hollywood Burger - Roanoke

Diner style burger joint tucked in the middle of a business complex with a unique take on the old fashioned burger menu. When I try a new burger place, I usually opt for the bacon burger my first go round. The result was an above average burger which Iwould gladly have again next time I'm in the area. Nothing too fancy, but that's OK when it comes to burgers. The prices are abit high, and were more than what they showed on their website at the time of my visit, but you still get a fresh handmade pattyflattened thin with simple seasoning. Are there better tasting burger joints around? Sure there are. The charm and thefriendly staff of this one, however, help it to stand out. I'll definitely be back to try the more unique burgers on the menu.

It?s rare that I find a place with excellent burgers fries, but I have found that here. My husband I came here with my 2 year old and newborn. The owner came over to see my kids and gave my son a bag of Cheetos just to be nice. She was so sweet and madeus feel welcome. Clean and great service all around!

The location is quite unusual, but we eventually managed to find it. I really appreciate the concept of being able to customize the burgers by switching in and out pro teams. However, I was disappointed with the turkey burger; it just wasn’t good. Instead of being a juicy, handmade patty, it was more like a flat disk, which was quite disappointing. We also ordered the cheesesteak wrap, which turned out to be a cheesesteak quesadilla. While the flavor was decent, it leaned a bit toward the Asian side, but in my opinion, a cheesesteak is best served in a bun.

Excellent! These are the best burgers I've ever had. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

The food we had was good. I would consider returning, but I wouldn’t choose to go there on my own. If someone else wanted to visit, I would gladly join them. My burger was tasty, while my husband’s burger was decent, though it had a teriyaki flavor that wasn’t mentioned on the menu. I also ordered fried mushrooms, which were served in a shareable portion.
