Dragon China - Roanoke

I have ordered here a few times because I live nearby. I always get Buddha's Delight. I'm a vegetarian, they don't have a ton of other veg options. The food is solid, definitely fresh, hot, and ready really fast when I order. Portions and price are reasonable. The only thing about the food is the veggies are huge, like I cannot fit these in my mouth and it's uncomfortable to eat. If I ever order from here again, I'll ask them specifically to cut them up smaller. Also, peace and love, the lady at the register is okay but she could be a little more personable and friendly. When I walked in to pick up my order, I didn't see anyone at the counter, and I thought no one was there.

Out of all the Chinese food places in Roanoke that I have eaten (and I have eaten at just about every one of them) this place is the tastiest. You can tell they cooking with soul and love in here, because their food is fresh, and its not bland. Other places seem to have lost their razzmatazz or something because this place is cooking strong with the seasoning. Loving it!

Not sure if under new management or new owners....but the food has been emaculant lately!!!!! General Tso's veggie fried rice hot sour soup pork dumplings egg rolls ? everything was delicious!!!!! Best Chinese In
