Place doesn’t have its own entrance it’s connected to a shop or something.

I waited for about 15 minutes without anyone checking on me, even after I attempted to get the bartender's attention to place an order. Despite the restaurant being fairly empty, it felt like they were indifferent to whether I was there or if I decided to leave.
