Logan's Roadhouse - Roanoke Rapids

Heading north we stopped here for lunch. We know the menu offers great food. Our service was wonderful. Our entrees came with soups and sides. We ate well and took a full takeout box with us. Prices are superb, if you stay away from the bar.

That was the best meal! The bread was amazing! Our server was great.

Logans gas gotten horrible with to go orders. The ghetto way they answer the phone. Your business will go down everytime when you hire a certain type of people.

We stopped there on our way through. Applebees next door was horrible so we thought we’d try Logan’s. We felt unwelcome from the start. The bartender had to take us even though another staff member was just meandering around doing nothing . I had to ask the bartender to wipe off our table because there was still food there. She did provide our drinks but we never saw her again. We decided to leave. She did seem to be the only one working. We told the meandering staff member that we were leaving and he told his manager. The manager came out and was not even bothered that we were leaving. Unbelievable. And to see so many well known businesses around it was very disappointing and surprising. These folks didn’t seem to care that they were losing customer.

Can 't rate the food or the service, since I didn 't even get to sit down to eat. Large cockroach greeted us at our table and that was enough to say no thank you , but should 've known something wasn 't going to be right when I saw a sanitation score of 90 and a guy in the grill with large dreadlocks cooking with no hair net.
