Avec regret, je n'ai pas pu y retourner aussi souvent que je l'aurais souhaité. Super surprise, encore meilleur, la même capacité à faire du sur-mesure en fonction de mes habitudes alimentaires avec une quantité suffisante. De la passion et de la finesse dans l'assiette... jusqu'au dessert. Pour le prof ou Perso, je recommande vivement.

The pork cooked for 7 hours with its slice of foie gras was good but it did not melt in the mouth and the foie gras I did not taste it because the slice was so thin and very little accompaniment with it and the dessert pavlova coffee banana meringue stuck to the teeth and given the menu price of €58.50 we could at least have cheese and dessert.
