The rooms are very fancy with a panorama over the landscape of Ribera del Duero. We did a tour with Acis and he took his to explain everything. The bodega is luxery and the cellar is super beautifull with amazing lights! The wines are suberb; so really a visit worth! Breakfast is very simpel…

Now we are making the same cheese (with same sheep milk, employees, cheese maker, know how) but renting facilities in other cheese factory, close to us. We are a winery as well (Raiz de Guzman) and the employees work in both places. If you want you can come to the winery and taste the wine and cheese. It's a good plan too.

Beatriz, with her professionalism and affection, shows you the grape path from start to finish. The walk through the vineyard and its return through the underground tunnel, enjoying each stay is something different and unique. Quality-price-experience highly recommended.
