roa is well known by such magnificent roasters where the bed room is measured as in some places, these temples of good food based on the binomial-vine roast of ribera, have seen appear a new kitchen that goes beyond this tandem, without giving up the same, because its roast is among the best and produces its spectacular wine gum and you can visit the winery where it is made, and also the factory of the View all feedback.

Hotel Riaz is a nice, modern hotel with only 6 rooms in peacefull Roa. This hotel is not only hotel but have his own winery. The rooms are very fancy with a panorama over the landscape of Ribera del Duero. We did a tour with Acis and he took his to explain everything. The bodega is luxery and the cellar is super beautifull with amazing lights! The wines are suberb; so really a visit worth! Breakfast is very simpel…
Regrettably Paramo de Guzman Cheese factory was burnt in 2014. Now we are making the same cheese (with same sheep milk, employees, cheese maker, know how) but renting facilities in other cheese factory, close to us. We are a winery as well (Raiz de Guzman) and the employees work in both places. If you want you can come to the winery and taste the wine and cheese. It's a good plan too.
We arranged a visit to the winery and it is the best experience we have had in the world of wine to date. Beatriz, with her professionalism and affection, shows you the grape path from start to finish. The walk through the vineyard and its return through the underground tunnel, enjoying each stay is something different and unique. Quality-price-experience highly recommended.

Amazing! a hotel that doesn't leave indifferent. the hotel is new, clean, super nice. all the necessary details and a attention of and the winery, spectacular. better than many more known.
