When I inquired about the wait for my drink, the staff member had a look on his face that suggested he had forgotten my order. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 2.

Went to very recently. First female worker, was careless, pouring hot water into cup and staring to somewhere else and water fell into her fingers and those water went inside serving cup, female employee never bothered to change the cup. Then male employee serving iced cap and stomped the iced cap onto the counter and spilled some iced cap. and then my turn served me my beverage and the cup was full of water, milk. Are you guys joking around?
