I love the Steam... read more Hap Chan was quite popular way back 2000. I remember that we would often have dinner here after staying out late when we were doing our thesis. I love the Steamed Fish Fillet topped with crispy garlic and Pork with Century Egg Congee. Their beef wanton noodle soup and Rice toppings are also worth mentioning.

The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the food is truly excellent. It's a purely Chinese restaurant that I would highly recommend.
