Experience Filipino Grandeur at Cabel Step into Cabel and embark on a culinary journey that celebrates the rich flavors of the Philippines, all within a setting steeped in history. Located directly across from Malacañang Palace, Cabel isn't just a restaurant; it's a testament to Filipino heritage. Housed in the former ancestral home of the prominent Roces family, founders of The Manila Times (the Philippines' oldest newspaper), Cabel offers a unique blend of exquisite dining and historical charm. As you enter, you'll be greeted by a brass statue of a newspaper boy, a nod to the building's storied past. Inside, the first and second levels showcase a curated collection of finely crafted sculptures and paintings, some of which are available for purchase, adding to the allure of your visit. Cabel's menu is a delightful exploration of Filipino cuisine, featuring beloved dishes from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. You'll find a wide selection of flavorful options that are as kind to your palate as they are to your wallet. Whether you're a local or a visitor, we wholeheartedly recommend Cabel for a truly rewarding and memorable dining experience. Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
