Khayyam Riyadh

Food is tasty but service can be improved. They didn’t even think of switching on the Air-conditioning spicy food and heat isn’t a good combination for a customer.

Tried the Bihari kebab (7/10), mutton stew (2/10 as it looked/tasted like an ordinary home curry and was overpriced at 25 sar), Chicken tikka (5/10 although it tasted ok but not quite the taste like other restaurants around) and butter naan (2/10 it was a total disaster, trust me). The menu is overpriced for the type of restaurant it is. Ambience is not quite up to the mark i.e. manageable. Seating is a little short of comfort. They seriously need to work on their cutlery as i witnessed disposable glasses instead of standard glass . The waiters take a hell lot of time to bring food. In short, not a commendable experience.

Happy birthday @khayyam.restaurant for 20 years success. I was recently invited to her solemn lunch. @khayam.restaurant is one of the favorite restaurants of my family. we've been doing it for 18 years, so we have a lot of memories here! we went there every week, but were not in one. the bbq is a whole favorite! that was amazing yesterday! we have been served a wide range of foods that I cannot even fit here! the food was absolutely delicious and left me speechless again. another exciting part was to meet so many bloggers from riyadh I have seen on instagram so far. it was my first time that a blogger met and it was an explosion! all bloggers I met were as nice and amazing as they seem. again thanks to @khayam. restaurant for our day super!

Eating is much better, but yet they can not expect that typical desi taste, but it is much better than others. the place is a little old, but it will work. depending on the price, it moderates.

Totally loved this place! eating here is soo finger lick yummy. authentic Indian subcontinental dishes. Indian food lover this place is a must to visit!
