The drive-thru service is excellent, but I went inside for the first time today around 7 PM after work, and I will NEVER do that again. A couple was being extre... read more The drive-thru service is excellent, but I went inside for the first time today around 7 PM after work, and I will NEVER do that again. A couple was being extremely loud and openly discussing inappropriate topics. I overheard a woman yelling at a man named Brandon or something similar, who responded, "WHAT?" She then asked, "Did you do (my name)'s order?" and he yelled back, "OMG, I JUST SAT DOWN!" It was incredibly noisy and rude, especially since I was the only person in the lobby at the time. As someone in a management position myself, I would NEVER tolerate such behavior from my employees; it was utterly embarrassing for the company.
