Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Riverview

This was by far the worst Popeyes I've ever been to. The staff were incredibly rude. I ordered a kid's meal and two classic sandwiches, and when I asked for extra mayonnaise, you would have thought I had asked for the impossible. I also requested a sweet tea for the kid's meal instead of apple juice, and they responded with, "You didn’t ask for that." If you're going to work in fast food, there’s no need to be disrespectful. Nobody forced you to take that job—just do better!

The management and staff here are wonderful! They truly care about providing a friendly atmosphere. It's great to come here for lunch and enjoy the upbeat vibe created by the friendly team. They always greet you warmly and remember you when you walk in. I visit at least 2 to 3 times a week, and the food is consistently hot and fresh. I'm especially excited that the Cajun rice is back! In the eight months I’ve been coming here, I’ve never had a bad meal or experience!

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. I placed an order through the Popeyes app at 8:30 PM, even though they close at 10 PM. We ordered two chicken sandwiches, but when we arrived to pick them up, we were told, “We’re sorry, we only have frozen ones and can’t make anything.” They suggested that we either call customer service for a refund or pay extra for a different meal. I asked if they could do anything to help, as the issue wasn’t on our end, but they said no. When we finally received our order, the chicken tenders were probably the smallest I’ve ever seen, and they were cold. We also got around 10 cold fries, which I suspect were leftover from the trash. I’m never coming back.

The fat was not charged because this taste and looked bad. must order in the window because the loudspeaker is broken as if he wasn't already slow enough. every time you go, it's always something. I'm done, never again.

The lady on Wednesday 06/08/22 around 3PM was excellent!!! I came in with me and three children. She was very pleasant and allowed me to use my code from the mobile app with no issues. Even mentioned that school is now out for the kids. The photo some of our leftovers. First Class Service!!! Me and the family will be back for more great food and service! Everyone loved the food! We greatly appreciate you!
