Luis was absolutely amazing! It was my friend and my first time trying this type of cuisine and not only was the atmosphere very nice and the restaurant beautiful, but the food was to die for. Not recommended. We requested a takeout order from this restaurant. We ordered a drink and two bowls of pho. The drink was watery and had a strange green chemical color. We told the man at the counter that we didn't want the drink because it was untouched, but he was very rude and refused to give us a refund.
