What Alexander Harrison doesn't like about Dunkin':
The girl working drive through at 7:00 this morning needs customer service training. Snatches your card out of your hand and pretty much throws the card, a straw and your food at you. The food also tasted like melted plastic. View all feedback.
This restaurant always seems to have food shortages and frequently gets my order wrong. They need a new cashier and manager who know how to properly order inventory to avoid these issues. I have had a bad experience every time I have visited and would not recommend going back.
The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and welcoming, and they worked efficiently to serve our breakfast as quickly as possible. I encountered a small issue with my order, which was actually my mistake, but the server still resolved it quickly and with a smile.
I am leaving a negative review. The young blonde employee was very rude. I will be going to a different Dunkin' Donuts location from now on. It is disappointing to have someone like her representing the business.
Personal cld were a little more pleasant, but overall my coffee was excellent and service was fast
The people who work the drive through at 6AM are incredibly cheerful and polite. It's freaking 6AM! Love this place because of them.
