Reviews - Culver's
Reviews summary
A neighborhood fast-casual spot serving fresh patties, custard, sandwiches, fries and fish-and-chips with generally friendly, energetic staff and often quick drive-thru service. Diners praise clean dining areas and helpful servers, but experiences are uneven—orders can arrive late or cold, soups sometimes taste burnt, seasoning and bun quality vary, and online pickup has reliability issues. A family-friendly, casual choice for a quick meal when service and food temperature hit the mark.

I tried the jumbo shrimp basket, which came with potatoes that had a delicious homemade taste. They could have used a little more salt, but overall they were good. I also ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, and I think if someone is looking for spice, they should really deliver on that. The shake was excellent as well. The staff was a lively and energetic group. I highly recommend this place! View all feedback.
What Chris P dislikes about Culver's:
I ordered a deluxe sandwich and fries at 10:15 this morning, but by 10:42, my order still hadn't arrived. I decided to request a refund. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location anytime soon. View all feedback.

I wish I could rate this restaurant with zero stars. Our food arrived cold, the salad consisted only of lettuce and a slice of tomato, and the bread was also cold. Our server promised a discount but failed to provide one. We had a terrible experience the last time we visited as well, and no one has made any effort to address our concerns. We'll be taking our business elsewhere from now on.
We ordered the two-piece fish dinner, and it was more than enough food for both of us. I couldn't resist trying the frozen custard, so I decided to take some to go for later in the evening.

We had a great experience with our first visit to this Culver's at Big Bend. We ordered our fish and chips and we waited in our table a few minutes, when it arrived by a server. Nice touch. The food was fresh and hot. The restaurant was clean and the staff were amicable. The fish could use a little bit more of seasoning to really take it to another level 5.
Service was slow but mainly do to high volume of traffic. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star is because my custard was melted. I think they have to find a way to get those serve as is ready to go out. Sometimes under pressure you think that you are speeding up the service by clearing out some order but all you doing is messing up the customer experience because they just get a soup of custard with toppings. My food was good but couldn't have the custard.

We absolutely LOVE Culver's! Their Shrimp Dinners are unbeatable! The shrimp is incredibly tasty, and each meal comes with a fresh roll, delicious coleslaw, and delightful fries. They also serve mouthwatering burgers and scrumptious custard/ice cream. You won’t have to wait long for your food either—you place your order at the counter, and a friendly staff member delivers it to your table. Culver's is similar to Chick-fil-A in that they hire fantastic people! We live in Pennsylvania, and unfortunately, there are no Culver's locations nearby. To the owners of Culver's: PLEASE bring your restaurant to PA! Whenever we visit Florida, we always look forward to dining at Culver's!
